Yarrow Proudfellow was a Harfoot hobbit in the Second Age.
Biography[]
She was the wife of Chance Proudfellow, and mother of Poppy, Strap, Dewis, and Linseed. She was killed in a landslide on a rainy winter day during a migration, along with all her family save for Poppy, who would be informally adopted by the Brandyfoot family.
Years later, Poppy still remembered a traveling song sung by Yarrow, and would sing it on occasion.
Behind the scenes[]
She was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and as such is non-canonical.
