Wulf[2][3], also known as the "Oathmaker,"[4] was a Dunlending chieftain in league with the Wizard Saruman in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers film.

The character does not appear in J.R.R. Tolkien's writings; he was created for Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, where he was credited as Wildman.

In The Lord of the Rings: Trading Card Game[]

Wulf is featured in the The Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game where he is identified instead as Freca, a "Hungry Savage" and a "Minion - Man".[5]
