The White House of Erendis was a house that was located in Emerië, a subregion of the Mittalmar, the central lands of Númenor. Around the year 858, Tar-Meneldur gifted some land in Emerië to Erendis to mark her betrothal to his son Aldarion. Aldarion spent many years away from Númenor in his ships along with the Guild of Venturers, and the White House became a sanctuary for his wife Erendis, and their daughter, Ancalimë, who would later become the first Ruling Queen of Númenor.[1]
