Thurindir is a Dúnedain Hero created by Fantasy Flight Games for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. Players can get him as a playable hero in Race Across Harad adventure pack.
Biography[]
Thurindir's armor is only that of ranger leather and cloth, which is moderately worn and torn due to the harsh climate and living condition the Rangers of the North have to live with. His only weapon shown is a board sword which he uses to defend himself from the many enemies of the northern realm.
Card usage[]
In the card game, Thurindir is largely associated with questing due to his special ability. His best use is with decks containing side quests. Thurindir's willpower of 2 is good for him to be used for questing regularly and can increase with more side quests in the victory display. His attack value of 2 is good enough for him to be used as an attacker regularly, especially because of his ranged ability, however, some enemies will take a few turns to die if Argalad is attacking alone. Argalad's defense of 0 is very weak to use of him as a defender and his health of 4 does not last very long against most enemies.
