Thistle Brook was a stream in the Eastfarthing of the Shire.

It was a tributary to the Shirebourn. It began in eastern Green-hill country and flowed southeast around Woody End and near Willowbottom and then into the Shirebourn.[1]

It was approximately twenty miles in length.[2]
