The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Visual Companion (ISBN 0-618-39097-9) is "the official illustrated movie companion" for Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, written by Jude Fisher and edited by Chris Smith in 2003. It is published in hardcover by HarperCollins (U.K.) and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (U.S.).
This Visual Companion is a 68-page book featuring numerous shots from the film on each page, accompanied by background and story-lines for every plot and sub-plot of the movie.
