The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power - Season Two is the second season of the live-action TV series produced by Amazon MGM Studios.

Season Two was planned to have eight episodes, as did Season One. Production began on October 3, 2022 at Bray Studios near London. On May 13, 2024, Amazon revealed that the color of the title card for season two is now gold instead of silver. The season premiered on August 29, 2024, as first revealed in the first teaser released on May 14 of that year.

Season Two experienced a 60% drop from Season One in total minutes watched, however, in October 2024, an Amazon executive implied continued commitment to the series with the acquisition of Bray Studios. As of early February 2025, it still ranks at #3 on Amazon Prime Video's top streaming TV series.
