The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth is a series of three real-time strategy games developed by Electronic Arts and released from 2004 to 2006:
- The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth
- The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II
The Battle for Middle-earth and Liquid Entertainment's The Lord of the Rings: War of the Ring (from 2003) are the only prominent Lord of the Rings-based RTS games.
