Thalion is a Dúnedain ally created by Fantasy Flight Games for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. He is a playable ally in Fire in the Night adventure pack.
Biography[]
Thalion's armor is only that of ranger leather and cloth, which is moderately worn and torn due to the harsh climate and living condition the Rangers of the North have to live with. His only weapon shown is broadsword which he used to defend himself from the many dangers of the northern wilderness.
Card usage[]
In the card game Thalion is largely associated with having side quests in your deck, which can make Thalion very powerful. Thalion's willpower of 2 is good enough for him to be used for questing regularly, especially if you have a side quest in the victory display. His attack value of 2 is good enough for him to be used as an attacker regularly, however, some enemies will take a few turns to die if Thalion is attacking alone. Thalion's defense of 2 is good enough to use of him as a defender, however, his health of 3 does not last very long against some enemies.
