Takra was an Uruk known by nickname "The Sandspider". He lived in Mordor as the overlord of the fortress Shindrâm.
Takra does not appear in the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, but only in the game Middle-earth: Shadow of War.
Biography[]
Takra held the rank of Commander of an Uruk unit designated as Marauders. While in Shindrâm, Takra was severely wounded by an explosion of barrels containing Grog, ignited by Baranor. This cost Takra his left eye and arm. During Takra's second encounter with Baranor just before the siege of Shindrâm, he is seen recovered from his injuries, wearing a crudely-constructed mask and armed with a steel left claw. Eventually, Takra is slain in battle with Baranor and his brother Serka and Shindrâm falls.
