Steven Jay Blum (born April 29, 1960) is an American voice actor.

In imitation of Sean Bean, he voiced Boromir in Electronic Arts' The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth, its sequels The Battle for Middle-earth II and The Battle for Middle-earth II: The Rise of the Witch-king, and in the 2010 game The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest, as well as various other characters in other Middle-earth video games.

Throughout his career, Blum has portrayed many characters across many different media including Age of Empires, Call of Duty, DC Comics, Mass Effect and Star Wars Rebels.
