Silindrin, also called Telimpë, was a cauldron Valinor that helped collect the light and dew of the tree Telperion, during the Years of the Trees. The making of the Sun by the Valar, after the destruction of the Two Trees, was dependent on the dew left in Silindrin.[1]

It is not mentioned in the final versions of J.R.R. Tolkien's stories.
