In Peter Jackson's The Hobbit films, Ragash was an Orc who served Azog and fought in the Battle of Five Armies.
Portrayal in adaptations
Peter Jackson`s The Hobbit Trilogy
Ragash was present at the Battle of Azanulbizar. He served Azog the Defiler as a Warg Rider and scout in his band of Orcs. Ragash hunted Thorin under Yazneg and Fimbul, and witnessed Azog`s feeding Yazneg to the Wargs. Azog, Fimbul and Ragash later chased the dwarves to a small cliff edge, forcing them to climb into the trees. However, the wizard, Gandalf, lit some pinecones on fire and threw them at the wargs, burning a few of them. When Bilbo saved Thorin, Ragash and Fimbul attacked him. However, the Eagles attacked the orcs and threw many of the Warg riders off the cliff. Ragash, along with Fimbul and Azog, escaped.
Instead of going to hunt the dwarf company, Ragash remained at Dol Guldur and witnessed the arrival of his fellow Guldur Orcs to help Sauron.
