Peter Vere-Jones is a New Zealand actor who voiced one of the Mirkwood Spiders in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Vere-Jones is best known for working with Peter Jackson since his first three films Bad Taste, Meet the Feebles, and Dead Alive.
