Mogru was a man who was the town-master of Agar, according to a tale set in the Second Age.
History[]
Described as a "fat man with eyes like a lizard", he had much power among his people and proved incredulous when warned that Númenórean ships were approaching Middle-earth's shores. However, when he later saw the approaching ships from a hill, he decided to send Tal-Elmar toward them as a scout.
Mogru's fate is untold.[1]
