Marcho was a Fallohide-hobbit adventurer and one of the founders of the Shire.

Biography Edit

Originally living in Bree, he and his brother Blanco and a large following of Hobbits, having obtained permission from the King of Arthedain seated at Fornost at the time to do so, decided to journey westward in search of new lands to settle. By TA 1601, he and his followers reached a rich and fertile land, between the Brandywine River and the Far Downs, where they founded The Shire.[1][2]
