Malva Meadowgrass was an ancestor of the Harfoots who lived in Rhovanion in the Second Age. She was part of a nomadic village led by Sadoc Burrows.
Biography[]
Though she and Vilma were skeptical of the mysterious Stranger after Elanor Brandyfoot discovered him and encouraged Sadoc to "de-caravan" the Brandyfoot family for taking him in, she softened after the Stranger saved her, Elanor, and Poppy Proudfellow from three strange wolves while migrating east. Shortly after, Sadoc was killed while helping to rescue the Stranger from three evil mystics, leading Malva to assume his duties as Trailfinder.
Behind the scenes[]
She was created for the series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and is thus non-canonical. Malva is portrayed in The Rings of Power by Sri Lankan actress Thusitha Jayasundera.
