Lord of Gondor was a title of Gondor.
This title referred to the nobility of Gondor, who either ruled fiefs in the kingdom or held lands.
It was also used informally as a title of the Ruling Stewards of Gondor.
History[]
During the Siege of Gondor, the lords of Gondor sent contingents or came personally to defend Minas Tirith.[1] Unfortunately, many of the lords were killed in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.[2]
This title continued into the Fourth Age in the Reunited Kingdom.
