Jubayr is a Haradrim ally created by Fantasy Flight Games for the Lord of The Rings: The Card Game. Players can get him as a objective hero in The Sands of Harad expansion during the Long Arm of Mordor mission and as an ally in The Mûmakil adventure pack.
Biography[]
Jubayr is encounter when the players are rescued by Kahliel and his tribe from the deserts of Harad. He is found alongside Kahliel, Firyal, and Yazan throughout the player's heroes journey in Harad.
Jubayr's armor is only that of leather and cloth, which is helpful against the elements and light attacks, but not very durable against heavy attackers. His only weapons shown is a hunting spear, a long dagger, and a shield which he uses to defend himself. From his ability, he seems very skilled in defense and protection.
Card usage[]
In the card game, Jubayr is best to be used for defense; pairing well with getting rid of shadow effects. Jubayr's willpower of 1 is weak for him to be used for questing regularly. His attack value of 2 is good enough for him to be used as an attacker regularly. Jubayr's defense of 3 is strong enough to use him as a defender, however, his health of 3 does not last very long against enemies with higher than 3 attack.
