Jarl Benzon (born 22 September 1976) is a Danish-born New Zealand actor credited to have played Glorfindel in the film The Return of the King, and another elf in the prologue of The Fellowship of the Ring.

He is also an artist who worked in the Art Department (greens) for the production of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Jarl had appeared in another of Peter Jackson's works, King Kong, as a New Yorker.


Jarl was born in Svenborg, Denmark. His older brother, Jørn Benzon, played Rumil.
