Ironfoot is the twentieth soundtrack of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

Background[]

This track was not used in the film, but part of it plays during the end credits. Its name "Ironfoot", refers to the Dwarf, Dáin II Ironfoot, who is featured in the third film. The piece opens with Dáin's theme that features only briefly in the film (notably when the Raven arrives to inform Thorin of Dáin's arrival), and also includes a new theme for Bard as a leader in the final film and variations of the Lake-town theme (including a choral rendition of it).
