Iorbad was a settlement of Men in the Southlands, located somewhere between Ostirith and Orodruin. In the Second Age, some of its inhabitants fled to Ostirith to flee the ravages of Orcs commanded by Adar.[1]
It was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and as such is non-canonical.
