Glóin was a dwarf, the son of Thorin I and King of Durin's Folk. Glóin had one son, Óin.
Biography
He along with his father left the Lonely Mountain for the Grey Mountains in TA 2210, which became the kingdom of the dwarves for many years afterward. Glóin became king after his father died in TA 2289. Glóin was succeeded after his death by his son Óin.[1]
