Eugene Kelly (or Gene Kelly) is a television producer who has worked on many prominent TV series: Steven Spielberg's Band of Brothers (2001) and HBO's The Pacific, Primetime Emmy winner Boardwalk Empire, and major Primetime Creative Arts Emmy nominee Westworld (season 2, 2018).

Band of Brothers was the start of his feature career. In July 2019 it was revealed that Kelly would executive produce for the first season of Amazon Studios' upcoming Middle-earth TV series, along with J.A. Bayona, Belén Atienza, Lindsey Weber and Bruce Richmond.^[1] J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay will be its initial showrunners.
