Gaudrim

A Gaudrim.

The Gaudrim are presumably men from Rhûn and the Dark Wizard's servants in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.

Appearance[]

The Gaudrim wear bronze, bug-like masks with big eyes and large incisors, and each Gaudrim wears a different mask. They wear long, flowing robes, and show little to no skin. They are portrayed as antagonists in the Rings of Power TV series.

Etymology[]

Gaudrim is a Sindarin name made up of the elements gaud ("device, contrivance, machine")[1] and -rim ("collective plural ending, group plural, host")[2].
