In Tales of the Shire (2025), Fosco Burrows is a denizen of Bywater and can be befriended by the player. Fosco runs the Burrow decor and tailor shop in town with his twin sister, Nora Burrows. He and his sister were raised by the Cottons.
"Running a shop with his sister Nora, the two are opposites at the best of times. Fosco is fastidious, a perfectionist, and has a higher level of aesthetic appreciation than the rest of Bywater. According to him."[1]
In map given to you by Gandalf at the beginning of the game--which he says is "from an old friend"-- is a description of "The Burrowses' Shop" it reads:
"A shop filled with furnishings and clothing for all manner of Hobbits. Brother and sister Nora and Fosco live only two short steps from their dining table to their place of work. The perfect Hobbit life. - B.B."[1]
