Filibert Bolger was a Hobbit of the Shire.
Biography
Filibert was a distant cousin of Frodo Baggins, and nephew of Bilbo Baggins, through marriage to Poppy Chubb-Baggins (married TA 2944 (SR 1344), he was a guest at the Farewell Party. He died in FO 22 (SR 1443) at the age of one-hundred and one.[1]
