The Quarry east of Scary, as seen in The Lord of the Rings Online
Quarry was a location in the Eastfarthing of the Shire located between the village of Scary and the Hills of Scary.[1] It is possible that it was so named due to the presence of quarries in the area, or was a quarry itself.
