Fastred of Greenholm was a hobbit of the Shire.
Biography[]
Fastred was born in Greenholm at an unknown date. In FO 31 (SR 1452), he married Elanor Gamgee; their son Elfstan Fairbairn was born two years later. He also had a daughter, Fíriel.[1] In FO 41 (SR 1462), Fastred was made first Warden of Westmarch, and his family moved to Under-towers permanently.[2]
