Estrid was a woman of the Second Age. After Adar turned the Southlands into Mordor, his servants captured her, and made her swear fealty to Adar; and they branded her neck. At some point after this, she encountered Isildur and the Elf Arondir as they journeyed out of Mordor towards Pelargir.[1]

Behind the scenes[]

The character was invented for the second season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and as such is non-canonical. She is portrayed by English actress Nia Towle.[1]
