Eldahir is a Dúnedain ally created by Fantasy Flight Games for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. He is a playable ally in The Thing in the Depths adventure pack.
Biography[]
Eldahir's armor is only that of ranger leather and cloth, which is moderately worn and torn due to the harsh climate and living condition the Rangers of the North have to live with. His only weapon shown is two-handed long sword which make him very skilled for attack and defense.
Card usage[]
In the card game, Eldahir is largely associated with defending due to his special ability. Eldahir's willpower of 1 is weak for him to be used for questing regularly. His attack value of 2 is good enough for him to be used as an attacker regularly, however, some enemies will take a few turns to die if Eldahir is attacking alone. Eldahir's defense of 2 (or 4) is good enough to use of him as a defender, especially since his Sentinel keyword can allow him to defend other player's characters, however, his health of 3 does not last very long against some enemies.
