Edda was a woman of Númenor who served as an assistant to Queen Regent Míriel.
Shortly before Míriel departed with a military expedition to Middle-earth, Edda came to inform the Queen Regent that her father Tar-Palantir desired to speak with her.
Behind the scenes[]
The character of Edda was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and as such is non-canonical. She is portrayed by New Zealand actress Carmel McGlone.
