Duilin was the Elf-lord of the House of the Swallow in Gondolin. He was said to be the greatest bowman of Gondolin, and the swiftest runner and leaper amongst them. He died in the year FA 510 during the Fall of Gondolin, when he was shot by a fiery bolt from a Balrog.[1][2]
