Dagor was a sergeant in the army of Gondor from Minas Ithil.

He is not in the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, and is only in the video game Middle-earth: Shadow of War.

Biography[]

Dagor served in the army of Minas Ithil for some time leading up to the city's conquest by the Witch-king following Sauron's return to Mordor. He was commonly considered odd as a child, and showed a talent for killing, evidenced when a group of bandits attempted to take advantage of him. He declined multiple offers of promotion within the army until told he could choose his own missions if he accepted.

Dagor fought against the Witch-king's army during the Siege of Minas Ithil, though his fate following the city's fall is unknown.

Etymology[]

Dagor translates as "battle" in Sindarin.
