Council of the Rings is a YouTube channel, founded in 2021 and based in Denmark, covering J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium of Middle-earth and some of its adaptations.
Like many Middle-earth focused YouTube channels, Council of the Rings offers theory videos, character synopses, and assessments of adaptations such as The Rings of Power series. With other such channels, it commissions character or scenic art by Brazilian illustrator Ralph Damiani.
After the release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum in May of 2023, Council of the Rings streamed two live play-throughs of it.
The channel has gained 21,000 subscribers so far. Its name refers either to the White Council or Council of Elrond.
