Colm J. Meaney (born Colm Ó Maonaigh in 1953 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish actor known for his long-time roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He has starred in many films and TV series, and in 2017 received the IFTA Award for Best Actor for his role as Martin McGuinness in The Journey.

In Dome Karukoski's 2019 biopic Tolkien starring Nicholas Hoult and Lily Collins, Colm Meaney portrays Father Francis Morgan, J.R.R. Tolkien's temporary foster-father after his mother Mabel Tolkien's death.
