Ciaran was a man of Hordern in the Second Age.
He was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and as such is non-canonical.
Biography[]
After the village of Hordern was utterly destroyed, Bronwyn discovered with Arondir the ruined house of Ciaran and his wife, Hana.
