Chance Proudfellow was a Harfoot hobbit in the Second Age. He was the husband of Yarrow, and the father of Poppy, Strap, Dewis, and Linseed. He was killed in a landslide on a rainy winter day during a migration, along with all his family save for Poppy.
He was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and as such is non-canonical.
