The Bridge Inn was an inn in Buckland, located at the west-end of the Brandywine River on the Great East Road.[1]

History

At the end of the War of the Ring when Lotho ruled the Shire, the inn was torn down in favor of a gloomy-like guardhouse for the Chief's Men and their Hobbit servants.[2][1] It is unknown whether it was rebuilt after cleansing of the Shire.
