Brian Sibley (born Brian David Sibley July 14, 1949 in London, England) is a writer, broadcaster, and Tolkien enthusiast responsible for BBC Radio 4's 1981 The Lord of the Rings dramatization, various commentaries on Tolkien's maps, and official guides to the making of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings (2001 - 2003) and The Hobbit (2012 - 2014) films. He gives insight throughout Michael Pellerin's three documentaries focusing on Tolkien, featured in the Extended Edition bonus discs of the first trilogy, serving also as Creative Consultant and Segment Producer for some of them.
