Belzagar was a lord of Númenor in the Second Age, from the northern region of Forostar.
Following the death of Tar-Palantir, he supported Ar-Pharazôn's claim to the throne, helping him to usurp it from Míriel. His idea was the Judgment of the Valar for Elendil.
Behind the scenes[]
The character was created for The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power who first appears in Season Two, and as such is non-canonical. He is portrayed by William Keen.
