Belén Atienza (born Belén Atienza Azcona in 1970) is a Spanish television and film producer whose feature career began in 2003. She was executive producer of the Oscar-winning Pan's Labyrinth (2006) directed by Guillermo del Toro, and since then has worked frequently with J.A. Bayona, on Penny Dreadful, The Impossible, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and A Monster Calls, which won 10 Gaudí Awards.

J.A. Bayona and Belén Atienza will direct and produce (respectively) the first two episodes of Amazon Studios' "Lord of the Rings" TV series coming in 2021. Other executive producers will be Gene Kelly, Lindsey Weber, Bruce Richmond.[1]

Atienza was educated at the Universidá Autónoma de Madrid.
