Belén Atienza (born Belén Atienza Azcona in 1970) is a Spanish television and film producer whose feature career began in 2003. She was executive producer of the Oscar-winning Pan's Labyrinth (2006) directed by Guillermo del Toro, and since then has worked frequently with J.A. Bayona, on the Penny Dreadful TV series, The Impossible film, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom film, and A Monster Calls film, which won 10 Gaudí Awards.

J.A. Bayona and Belén Atienza directed and produced (respectively) the first two episodes of Amazon Studios' The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. Other executive producers include Gene Kelly, Lindsey Weber, and Bruce Richmond.[1]

Atienza was educated at the Universidá Autónoma de Madrid.
