Bazur was an Orc commander and eventual chief who served Adar in the Southlands during the Second Age.
After Vrath died, he took over his role in Adar's assaults being second in command and chief of Adars hordes. He assisted in quelling the short-lived rebellion by a number of Silvan Elves, including Arondir and Revion, enslaved at Magrot's trench camp. Afterwards, he led his Orc-brethren to Ostirith and Tirharad, taking part in hostilities towards the native Southlanders. He was eventually killed by a falling chunk of bricks at the battle of Ostirith and Tirharad.
