Austin M. Freeman is a Biblical scholar and lecturer at Houston Christian University who authored Tolkien Dogmatics: Theology through Mythology in Middle-earth (2022) and co-wrote Theology, Fantasy, and the Imagination (2023) with Andrew D. Thrasher.
His review of Tolkien the Pagan? Reading Middle-earth through a Spiritual Lens (2019), of the Peter Roe Memorial Series, is found in Journal of Inklings Studies, volume 11.[1]
