Arador - LOTR The Card Game

Biography[]

Arador is found as a slave in Núrn held captive along with Edrahil, Farin, and many other Elves, Men, and Dwarves. In The Land of Sorrow mission the players help free these captives and start a slave rebellion against Thane Ulchor and his cruel Easterling Taskmasters.

When rescued, Arador devises a plan with the player's heroes, Edrahil, and Farin to sneak into Thane Ulchor's Fortress of Dol Rhugar in Núrn, raise another slave revolt, and slay Thane Ulchor.

Arador's wears only worn and torn slave clothing. In the rebellion he manages to grab a sword to defend himself.

Card usage[]

In the card game, Arador is largely associated with defending due to his defense and special ability. Arador's willpower of 0 is very weak for regular use in questing. His attack value of 1 is weak as well. Eldahir's defense of 3 is strong enough to use of him as a defender, especially since he can defend twice a round; however, his health of 5 does not last long against some enemies.
