Albert Dreary was a Man of Bree during the Third Age.
Biography
In TA 2941, when Thorin II Oakenshield was visiting the Prancing Pony, Albert appeared walking out of a pub looking drunk and ate a part of a carrot.
Many years later, when Frodo Baggins and his companions went to visit the inn, Albert appeared once again eating a carrot and belched.
Portrayal in adaptations
