So something I’ve been wondering about Tolkien’s Goblins and Orcs is whether or not they’re different species or variations of orcs. Plus the Hobbit and LOTR trilogies’ the Goblins look pretty different from each others so whats going on here?
I’ve always had fantasies of me being a Dragon. I wouldn’t be evil tho.
Concerning Hobbits gives me such a great feeling of peace.
That looks AWESOME

Second image: what I interpreted as a goblin from Moria that was in fellowship of the ring
@Fandyllic The difference I saw is that the Moria goblins have a more green look kinda looking like orcs as opposed to the hobbit goblins which have a different design

@Dour1234 I have not read it, I only own the Hobbit, LOTR, and Silmarillion as they used to be my grandmother’s.
Thanks for the warm welcome everybody!
@Fandyllic Thanks for the welcome! I haven’t been part of the Tolkien/middle earth fandom for that long so I’m excited to see what it looks like.
Hey Everybody! I’m TitanusDoug2024 and I’m super excited to join the wiki today. This year I got into Middle Earth and have become super obsessed with the universe.
Some Stuff About Me:
My favorite character in all of middle earth is Smaug! I’m a big fan of dragons and he’s just so cool.
My other favorite characters consist of Sam, Treebeard, Morgoth, Balin, Legolas, and Gimli!
I’ve read the hobbit and LOTR books and am about to read the Silmarillion!
My favorite movie out of all the adaptations is The Two Towers but I also love ROTK and Desolation of Smaug
Other franchises I love include of Godzilla/Kaiju, Jurassic Park, Planet of the Apes, Star Wars, and Transformers.
I’m super excited to meet you all and become part of the wiki! I hope you all have a great day or night!
