And also in Silmarillion and other books
I know it's hard to find the "worst" written character but I am really wondering what will your answers be.
Wow this looks good. Then try to draw Maedhros. A red haired elf would look good on a drawing if you want to.
Try Smaug!
But what if Arwen fell in love with Aragorn when she was 1000 (just an example) years old? Would she also counted as men and will die someday? After living an 950 years as an elf?
If we're talking about the evil characters i think i'd choose Smaug or Saruman (not purely evil actually) or the goblin who is the footstep of the great goblin lol
Thank you for the explanation. I will try to use the true forms and pronounce correct! Even the toothpick of the Falas and Gray Havens :) lol
What will Arwen and other elves who bond to earth will be counted as when they die. As elves or as humans in the halls of Mandos?
In lord of the rings its Faramir because he is smart, knows how to talk, brave, kind and he is from Gondor and he is still a fighter despite of his dad.
İn silmarillion its probably Maedhros or Thingol because of their acts and their kingdoms(Doriath for Thingol) and their hair colour:) (im currently reading)
@Fandyllic well English is my second language and Turkish is my first. So i speak American english generally because of the internet and other reasons. For example if i spell Cirdan like Keerdan it will sound like "kürdan" (spelled like kourdan (not exactly) which means toothpick in Turkish) to me and it feels odd. So i always spelled like seerdan. But other names sound correct to me with "k" sound. I agree!
So i am currently reading Silmarillion. The teen Glaurung showed up but then i had a question. As I remember, Melkor didn't have the power to create life; that's why he corrupted Elves into Orcs. But what is the origin of the dragons then? Did Iluvatar create evil creatures? If not, Melkor corrupted them from which creature? Or did Melkor create life?
So Cirith Ungol also spelled as kirith ungol according to appendix E. am i right?
I always spelled like seer-dan , seleborn, selebrimbor etc. But when i was watching a video about elves the narrator always spelled like keer-dan or kelebrimbor. I think i'm the wrong one but i am still not sure. Which is the true spelling?
