Orlando Bloom was two days away from finishing drama school when he got the part in LotR. He had also broken his back a year earlier and he was told he might never play a physical role in a movie again. A year later he was playing Legolas, preforming all of his own stunts. How cool is that!

Did you know that in the scene where Aragorn kicked the helmet after merry and pippin "died", Viggo actually broke two of his toes? Peter Jackson said that he did such a good job that they kept it in the official movie. Instead of yelling cut, Mortenson kept acting, using the pain to fuel his performance. That's called dedication.
These are wonderful ! They look great! And I love the amount of detail in both of them, especially the second one, and the shading looks really good on the first! If you do more, please share them!
