I’m on the last book about halfway through! Afterwards I’m gonna read the Silmarillion (I think that’s how it’s spelled…)

Hi Guys! I haven't been posting over the Christmas break but I'm looking forward to talking to you all again :D . This is the second part to my three part quiz on the lord of the rings, It's slightly harder than the one before. Anyway I hope you enjoy!

I have all the Lotr, the hobbit, the sillmarilion, the unfinished tales, beren and luthien and the children of hurin. Must I buy the History of Middle-earth, and what is it talking about?
I'm new on this wiki, I am a fantasy lover, and I absolutely LOVE Lord Of the Rings, the novels and the movies. I'd have to say my favorite character is probably Legolas, my favorite book\movie is The Two Towers, and honestly Galadriel creeps me out.
I prefer Sam over Frodo, I'm sorry but even though it was the ring's fault Frodo sometimes makes me mad the way he treats Sam. My favorite Hobbit(s) is definatly Pippin and Merry, I like the funny characters.
I'm excited to be on the wiki, and am ready to talk some Lord Of the Rings!

In LOTR: The Two Towers (2002), the elves march silently when they get to Helms Deep. All other armies make loud footsteps. This is because elves in Tolkien’s middle-earth were light on their feet. Another example is when Legolas walks atop the snow in Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
What little scenes resonate/stick with you from LotR? Like obviously the end of LotR, Helms Deep, Battle of the Black Gate are all scenes we love and remember, but what about the little ones? For example, I adore this one scene from In the House of Tom Bombadil, it’s just so beautifully described and you can feel it, you can totally imagine that you’re Frodo in this moment.
“Frodo ran to the eastern window, and found himself looking into a kitchen-garden grey with dew. He had half expected to see turf right up to the walls, turf all pocked with hoof-prints. Actually his view was screened by a tall line of beans on poles; but above and far beyond them the grey top of the hill loomed up against the sunrise. It was a pale morning: in the East, behind long clouds like lines of soiled wool stained red at the edges, lay glimmering deeps of yellow. The sky spoke of rain to come; but the light was broadening quickly, and the red flowers on the beans began to glow against the wet green leaves.”
So yeah! Excited to see what y’all’s are!
